In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the website, mobile interface, and all associated services operated under the domain cp8vip.cam.
• "cp8vip", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the cp8vip platform, an internationally incorporated and licensed gaming entity.
• "User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, lottery, or other betting market available through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spins, or matched deposit bonus awarded to a User's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process required under our compliance obligations.
• "IDR" or "Rupiah" means Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which all Account balances are denominated on the Platform.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all Platform operational references.

Access to and use of the cp8vip Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by cp8vip or any affiliated responsible gaming body.
• You must not have had a previous cp8vip account terminated for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must be accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all eligibility requirements above are satisfied and that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Each User is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered Account on the cp8vip Platform at any time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful information including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian National ID — KTP), date of birth, email address, and mobile telephone number. You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• All activity occurring under your Account, whether authorized by you or not.
• Notifying cp8vip immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

cp8vip will never request your password through email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

cp8vip is required by its licensing obligations to verify the identity of all Users before processing withdrawal requests and, in some circumstances, before permitting continued use of the Platform. The KYC verification process typically requires submission of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID: A clear photograph or scan of your Indonesian National ID Card (KTP Nasional). The name on the document must match the name registered on your Account exactly.
• Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the past 90 days confirming your residential address.
• Selfie verification: A live photograph of yourself holding your ID card alongside your face, to confirm liveness and identity match.
• Payment method verification: Where required, evidence that the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits is registered in your own name.

cp8vip reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Typical KYC review time is 1–24 hours from submission. Users will be notified by email upon successful completion or if further information is required.

All deposits made to your cp8vip Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. cp8vip reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source.

The following deposit methods are currently supported on the Platform:

cp8vip does not charge any processing fee on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which cp8vip accepts no responsibility. All deposits are credited in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) at the time of confirmation.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the cp8vip Account. cp8vip does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal will be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction.
• Withdrawal requests submitted between 09:00 and 22:00 WIB are typically processed within two hours. Requests submitted outside these hours are processed on the next business day.
• Any active Bonus Funds that have not met their applicable wagering requirement will be forfeited upon withdrawal of the associated real-money balance.
• cp8vip reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal deemed to require further due-diligence review.

cp8vip does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. For expedited or high-value withdrawals, a processing fee may apply and will be disclosed to the User prior to confirmation. All withdrawal amounts are settled in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

cp8vip offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered Users. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General rules applicable to all cp8vip bonuses include:

• Each User is entitled to claim each promotion once only, unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before Bonus Funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus Funds expire if the stated wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time window.
• cp8vip reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus Funds may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering completion pathway.

All bets placed on the cp8vip Platform are subject to the market-specific rules published in the platform's help section, as well as the following general provisions:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after confirmation except where cp8vip exercises its discretion in extraordinary circumstances (e.g., obvious pricing errors).
• In the event of a technical failure, system error, or obvious mis-pricing that results in a bet being offered at clearly incorrect odds, cp8vip reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the User's account.
• For mix parlay (accumulator) bets, if one selection is void, the remaining selections will be recalculated as a shorter accumulator. This applies to all supported football markets including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and the Champions League.
• For togel (numbers lottery) markets, draw results are sourced from officially published outputs. cp8vip does not influence draw outcomes and is not responsible for any discrepancy between a User's interpretation and the officially published result.
• Live betting markets may be suspended or closed by cp8vip at any time without prior notice, particularly during periods of high volatility or data feed disruption.
• Maximum payout limits per event, per market type, and per calendar day apply and are published in the Platform's betting limits section. These limits are subject to change without notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cp8vip Platform. A breach of any prohibition below may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances (real-money and bonus), and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies:

• Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account on the Platform, whether directly or through proxies.
• Collusion: Coordinating betting activity with one or more other Users to gain an unfair advantage, manipulate odds, or guarantee returns.
• Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any automated system to place, monitor, or manage wagers without direct human interaction.
• Arbitrage exploitation: Systematically exploiting pricing errors or cross-platform arbitrage opportunities in a manner that constitutes bad-faith use of the Platform.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, cycle, or withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine personal betting entertainment.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating an illegitimate chargeback or payment reversal with a bank or e-wallet provider after funds have been used on the Platform.
• Underage gambling: Registering or attempting to register on the Platform while under 21 years of age, or allowing a minor to use your Account.

cp8vip is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. We actively encourage all Users to gamble responsibly and within their personal financial means. The following tools are available to every registered User free of charge:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you may deposit to your Account.
• Loss limits: Define a maximum net loss threshold over a given time period. Betting is automatically paused when the limit is reached.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which your session will be automatically ended.
• Reality-check reminders: Receive on-screen notifications at intervals of your choosing reminding you how long you have been playing and your net result for that session.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your Account from betting activity for a period of 30 days, 90 days, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

All content on the cp8vip Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of cp8vip or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any Platform content without prior written consent from cp8vip.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any software component of the Platform.
• Use the cp8vip brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context without explicit written authorization.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cp8vip's total aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the Platform, or any transaction shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that User to their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

cp8vip expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Service interruptions, downtime, or data loss resulting from circumstances beyond cp8vip's reasonable control, including internet outages, power failures, government action, or natural disasters.
• Losses arising from a User's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials, or from unauthorized access resulting from the User's own negligence.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any third-party sports data, live scores, or statistical information displayed on the Platform.

cp8vip collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal data is collected solely for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement purposes.
• Data is protected using 256-bit SSL encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest.
• cp8vip does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting our support team, subject to applicable legal retention obligations.

cp8vip reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, cp8vip will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, notifying registered Users by email.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with any amended terms, you should cease using the Platform and contact our support team to arrange closure of your Account.

The version date displayed at the top of this document indicates when these Terms & Conditions were last updated. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to remain informed of your rights and obligations.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which cp8vip holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause prevents cp8vip from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or prevent irreparable harm pending the outcome of any arbitration proceeding.

While cp8vip actively serves Indonesian players and maintains local payment infrastructure, the Platform is operated from an international jurisdiction. Users access and use the Platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring their use complies with any local laws applicable to them in their place of residence.
